Jannell Ford Scam Took my Ford Focus 2012 there on 9/12/17 to the service center. My model is having a transmission issue which is a major lawsuit for Ford Focus and F Took my Ford Focus 2012 there on 9/12/17 to the service center. My model is having a transmission issue which is a major lawsuit for Ford Focus and Fiesta years 2012 to 2016. I gave them the error codes associated with the transmission issue and the service engine light which was on in my car. The tech brushed me away and told me "We have to go by the Ford diagnostic test." Later that day got a voicemail message from Rich saying that my service engine light was on and that to run a diagnostic test would cost $139 just for the test. All this after I did my research and told them what the issue was which is back by a major lawsuit case backed by other customers. The ODB II test is universal for all cars, so I am not sure why they would charge someone for this, when this test is the first thing they should do when they pull a vehicle in their garage and is part of the techs job. I told my friend, who told me that it is part of a scam to make more money. Still waiting on the results of the fixture. Would not recommend this service center to anyone. More

Her located the exact vehicle/color I requested, and arranged a swap with a dealership in Watertown, NY. Bill always follows up on a regular basis. I will be buying another car from Jannell when that time comes and believe customer loyalty has been earned. The Service Department is the best. I've had warranty work done (scheduled right in at my convenience) and shuttled home by courteous and safe drivers. The repairs are done quickly and the service advisor always calls to give me a head's-up when the car is ready for pick-up. They fix it right the first time. I really like the family atmosphere and personal attention from the sales and service staff. There is no reason to shop elsewhere. More

Very long wait, no wifi I bought my company truck from Jennell so we bring the truck to get oil changes at the service center. We have had four oil changes over the year at the Jennell service center and EVERY time I wait at least an hour to get the vehicle back for a oil change !! I always have a scheduled appointment so it's not like I'm walking in to get fit in the schedule last minute! The hour wait hurts since I am working but the worse part is the wifi service NEVER works ! So I sit with my laptop unable to connect getting zero work done while they slowly change my oil and kill my whole morning! I will be trying a different service center after giving them four chances ! More
Service Dept. has been outstanding! Jannell's service department has been excellent!. Extremely efficient, fast turnarounds and great communication. Fees have been very reasonable. When you check-in/check-out, you are treated with respect and they go above and beyond to answer your questions and address any of my concerns about my vehicle. Shawn in service has been great. He greeted me kindly at the door, gave me updates, and just generally took care of everything for me. He is a true professional. They serviced the car while I waited, in slightly under the promised time (2 hours). They have a great waiting area--with tea/coffee/cakes! Generally it was a very comfortable experience. More
