He didn't simply try to sell me a vehicle, but found the perfect vehicle from off-site inventory. He truly seemed to be interested in me rather than simply trying to make a sale. Evan had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle systems and walked me through each one. He even made himself available on his day off to give me a tutorial. He is truly a class act! Other dealerships would first of all run your credit to see if you are worth their time before anything but the guys at Jannell ford believe everyone is worth spending time with and helping no matter your situation. Even if every bank rejects your loan application these guys would help you get approved in a very short amount of time. They even got me a very good rate despite my low credit score. I hope they continue with the way they are running their business. More

My weekend time is very important / valuable so the less time wasted; the better it is for the family & myself. Jannell & especially Kam were the only ones that went above and beyond to secure my hopes for a new vehicle in a timely matter. Two of the other dealerships never responded to my emails and the other one appeared to be bothered by my presense ....so I gathered they were not interested on making a sale. No surprises at time of closing on deal and all was exactly as it was presented. Went to Jannell which is an hour away from my home instead of our local dealer because of what I leaned about their approach and customer service. Very glad I did, and think Ford Motor Company should consider using Janice Loud as a resource for training staff on customer service - she did a great job!
