Awesome Experience!!!! This was the first time we bought a new car at Jannell Ford. We have bought many new cars in the past and did not have anywhere near the great experience we had with this dealership. We live in Taunton and traveled to Jannell Ford in Hanover because of the great reputation this dealership has. I am a nurse at South Shore Hospital and many of my fellow employees recommended Jannell Ford. Eddie Clark was outstandingl very accommodating and professional. We could not have asked for better. He went above and beyond to help us. Jack and Joanne were great too! Jack was very knowledgeable in the vehicle. He is the best car salesman I have ever had to deal with!!! Joanne also went above and beyond to find us the best interest rate. We really appreciate all their help. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a new car!!! We will never go to another car dealership other than Jannell Ford in the future. Thank you More

Customer service is excellent!!! I went to Jannelle Ford to check out the 2012 Kia Optima sx and after just a few hours it was all mine! They even threw on 4 brand new tires and break I went to Jannelle Ford to check out the 2012 Kia Optima sx and after just a few hours it was all mine! They just did new construction and the building is really nice I recently went to Jannell Ford to look at a used car. I really enjoyed the experience. They just did new construction and the building is really nice. The people there from my experience were really nice and accommodating. I understand not everyone is going to love someplace, but my specific situation was unique and they were willing to work with me. I did not end up buying a car however, but I assure you it was not the price or the people, those both are top notch in my book. My situation/finances would not allow me to buy at that time, but when I am able to, I will be going back to buy. More

bad expierence I was looking for a specific truck color etc. I found exactly what I was looking for at jannell. called dealer I was 200 miles away dana told me truck I was looking for a specific truck color etc. I found exactly what I was looking for at jannell. called dealer I was 200 miles away dana told me truck was available and is extremely clean. I gave deposit and made my venture out to dealer a week later. dana was aware of day and time I was arriving. Half way through my trip I reached out to let dana know I was on schedule. he then tells me he was off but another sales man was expecting me . Well I arrive at dealer to find truck filthy . Salesmen told me it was clean last week but do to high pollen count they cant keep vehicles clean . I then said me and wife will get something to eat can he please clean truck, his response, Ill try we are very busy . He managed to get truck washed it was far from clean not one panel on truck that was not scratched or dented, I was very dissatisfied not to mention put four inquiries on my credit with out my authorization bad business. More
