It was a beautiful day so we walked on to the lot at Jannell Ford and were greeted very kindly by Mike. He took the time to show us many pre owned vehicles. We came across a Fusion ( which we had been looking for ). After a test drive and going inside we were greeted by Ed and Kathy the finance manager. I must give an A+ to this dealership for their organization and attention to our needs. We love the vehicle and it also came with a Pre Owned Certified Warranty. We would highly recommend you purchase a vehicle from this dealership if you want excellent customer service. Buying a car can be a highly stressful emotional moment in everyone's life, and the team here at Jannell took the stress out of that, especially Kathy when working the financing out. Two words. Evan Hagan. I went to Best Chevy, Boch, Prime, Copeland, and Tufankjian. I was not happy with the customer service at all. The prices were good but I felt disresp I went to Best Chevy, Boch, Prime, Copeland, and Tufankjian. I was not happy with the customer service at all. The prices were good but I felt disrespected and not appreciated. If I was going to give you $30k, you could at least pretend to be grateful. At the very last second I decided to check out Jannell. I walked in and was greeted by Evan Hagan who proceeded to speak with me and not at me. I told him that I had previously owned a F-150 and really wanted to see if I could find one I loved and at a good price. I checked online before I went in and showed the picture on my phone to Evan who thoroughly explained the benefits of this specific truck. He even told me upfront that this truck did not have 4 wheel drive and asked if this was important to me. I never even knew that these trucks came with RWD. We quickly agreed to a price and then moved onto my trade. He walked me through how they evaluate my trade and he even convinced me to not get it detailed before I had it appraised. He told me to save my money. I entered the showroom at 7:40pm Thursday night and agreed to all of the pricing at 9:01 Friday morning. I'm being very honest when I say that Evan Hagen was 99% responsible for me buying from Jannell. I spent a good week trying to get honest quotes and delivery dates from about six other dealerships. Car salesman have a reputation and we all know what it is....whether true or not. This is NOT the case with Evan Hagen. He didn't sell me a car, he helped me purchase what I want. I hope in the future that I will have the opportunity to send friends and relatives to Evan since I know that he will work closely with them and guide them through the car buying process. More

Stressless Purchasing Process This was our second purchasing experience with Jannell Ford. Jack had helped us with our first purchase at this dealership. So, when we returned looking for a new truck, we were greeted like old friends. We went into this situation with quite a few stipulations on our list. Jack was able to meet all our needs. Although, we were very pleased with the way we were treated with our previous experience, our second shopping excursion was even better. Jack and his team made this a very positive and easy process. peace of mind we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to we bought a car from colonial ford in Plymouth, had front brake issues within 2 wks of purchase, got that fixed to the tune of $550,,,took the car to my sons wedding in philly, and the back brakes seized, another $600, on the way home we heard noises coming from the rear, we didn't tell the grandkids, so papa and I white knuckled it home the 300+miles home, all the way home scared that something else was going to happened and we would end up dead,,, colonial ford told me it was a preown certified ford car, had a 30 day warranty, and gave me a sticker,it wasn't until talked to dell at colonial ford that I realized that I was a sucker,,,this is the dealership they warn u about, dell was no help, actually insulted, bullied and hung up on me when I called him on sat 6/27 from philly, on the way home I am trying to figure how the heck am I going to solve this mess, well I chose to take that lemon of a car to jannell ford in hanover, so glad I did,,,i asked shawn in the service dept for a diagnostic on the lemon, and lo and behold,,,,2 inner tie rods end were inservicable and the rear differential was leaking beyond limits, I couldn't believe it, we could have had an accident at any second from the moment of purchase, what ifs just kept going on and on in my head, I had made a $20,000 mistake at colonial,,,so, now, I want options, I want out of this lemon and away from anything to do with colonial ford,,,so now I am in jacks hands, what a difference,,,then eddie came into the picture and then joanne, I am now thinking,,,is this team of professionals really working this hard for me,,,YES THEY ARE,,finally I felt safe and secure,,,and in a real preown ford certified car, that had paperwork to prove it, a real warranty not 30days, from shawn in service, to jack and eddie in sales and then joanne in finance,,what an dfference,,,papa and I where treated with respect, this is where we should have gone in the first place,,,and the next time we purchase a car this is the dealership to go to, they are honest and respectful. from stem to stern a real professional dealership where the customers concerns and safety do come first, my car pymt is a bit higher but I could not put a price on peace of mind when safety of ourselves and grandkids are in the car, don't make my mistake, don't white knuckle your driving experience ,,don't go anywhere else,,,go to jannells, they will take good care of you,,, More
