Joe's very pleasant demeanor made me very relaxed, yet still confident in my purchase. He has a great sense of humor while remaining very professional at all times. Joe understands that being "aggressive" or "too pushy" is not the best tactic to use when dealing with a customer. Instead, I received enough patience and clear guidance with respect to all of my MANY questions. And inspite of my many questions, Joe did not demonstrate any sign of impatience or frustration. Instead, he continued to remind me that his job involves "making sure that the customer is fully educated about his/her important investment (that is, buying a new or used car)." He even encouraged me to ask questions. I examined 3 cars, and test drove one. Fortunately, the one that I chose to test-drive is the one I purchased--both Joe and I had the same feeling that this was THE car for me. I should also mention that there were other salespersons in the office who were welcoming as well. Jannelle Ford is definitely a top-notch dealership. I now understand why they've been in business for 90+ years! When you visit Jannelle, definitely ask for Joe. Joanne and Kathy in finance were very pleasant as well. I noticed a crack in the rear door panel a week after I purchased the car and Scott Torres the service manager took pictures of it and submitted it to Ford under warranty work. Very pleased to say Ford is going to fix it free of charge. Very good experience at Jannell Ford with hopes of a good relationship for years to come. More
