This was the third time I had the privilege of working with Rob Sylvia, and it always reminds me of a Raymond Chandler quote. "He is the hero; he is everything. Rob and Jannel ford are the most honest dealership in the northeast. I have bought now 6 vehicles from them, I think more lost count!
