Had to wait for car to be checked in, could not just drop off and leave keys without staying in the line of cars. When I picked up my truck (you all had for 2.5 hours) the cost was more than what I was quote off and leave keys without staying in the line of cars. When I picked up my truck (you all had for 2.5 hours) the cost was more than what I was quoted over the phone. The gentleman assigned to the service (never got up to shake my hand or stood up, just sat in chair), I approached about the mileage sticker being the same mileage as my car and he mentions I really need to go by my truck reading on the computer, I understood this, but I did mention how I was new to there dealership and my old dealership applied when I needed it done. I mentioned I wanted to be satisfied with coming there, then asked about the car wash if they do and mentioned to me that it is only by request on Saturdays...how did I know? I will find another dealership. Not a very professional approach. More

Very friendly and cordial. Worked with Jacob Rice. He was patient and very accommodating to our needs. He showed us 3 different models of the vehicle we were searching for.
