Got oil change and break job. Picked up the truck with a broken ac and a check engine light on. No issues with the truck before the service. This was the second vehicle. My first vehicle I bought new from them and had it serviced for several years. They failed to check the battery coolant revivor in a Chevy volt during these service visits. Wanted to charge 1K to change a $19 sensor. They proceeded to change the oil in the vehicle. On the way home, the car died, and it appears there is either a blown head gasket or something else. Car had less than 105k miles. I was able to replace the sensor myself and cleared that issue. I then sold the car with an engine issues caused my James wood. Basically if you refuse work, they xxxxing break your car. I will recommend everyone to not do business with the service center or any department associated with James Wood. Make the drive down to Huffines. More
