My last oil change here has been fantastic! ((I've mainly only gone here for my oil changes since buying the Buick from them ... there was a few months I've gone to Kwik Kar, aaaand there's a r ((I've mainly only gone here for my oil changes since buying the Buick from them ... there was a few months I've gone to Kwik Kar, aaaand there's a reason I haven't been back ... and yes, I'm aware DIY is as simple as popping the drain plug, collecting the used oil, taking out the old filter, lubing the o-ring of the new filter, pouring in the new, etc ... I know, but I find comfort in the potential of diagnosing any surprise issue, or the wash afterwards. Disclaimer done)) It was a bit longer between my changes this last time - don't do that - but they were attentive and kind. I've actually not ever had a moment where they weren't kind, and I hope they're treated with the same respect and decency in return. I'll keep coming back here for service and maintenance More

Very polite, friendly and on time. However there seem to be a lack of technical knowledge when it came to EVs . It took me 4 tries (3 phone calls and a visit ) to get the Answer i need However there seem to be a lack of technical knowledge when it came to EVs . It took me 4 tries (3 phone calls and a visit ) to get the Answer i needed for "(after the recall replacement of cells how do i change the charge level back to 100%). " the correct answer or at least the final answer i got was you CAN NOT for 6 month, than you can! Likely the correct answer but my confidence level went down during the process. Maybe GM and EVs have communication work to do...just my thoughts. More
There was no response from service department on the status of repairs/estimates until I called next day. I approved the repair and the cost, and did not hear from the service department for another 2 - status of repairs/estimates until I called next day. I approved the repair and the cost, and did not hear from the service department for another 2 - 3 days until I again. Was told the vehicle was ready and I could come pick it up. Service representative on initial call was Rachel Alvey, but did not see her when I dropped the vehicle off for service or when I later picked it up. Received a highlighted request to please complete a review as "completely satisfied" as any other response om any question would cause her to receive a F raring overall. Also noted that if completed the survey in total as completely satisfied, I would be eligible for a drawing to receive 1 year of free oil changes. I was not comfortable with this type of request to comply with a possible honest and open response to survey request. Really makes you have 2nd thoughts as to the integrity of any Reviews that are posted for this dealership. Repairs were completed satisfactorily, and there are no issues to date. Have had service performed at James Wood in the past, and will probably utilize their services in the future. More
