Without hesitation we returned not only to James Motor Company, but to Larry Cartwright. He never grew tired of answering questions about things which he had already explained its function, and was invaluably patient and knowledgeable when helping me choose between another C 300 4matic, an a GLK 350 4matic. Shopping and buying with Larry has been a pleasure; he is the first person who comes to mind when we come into the car market. David was extremely helpful from the onset, which involved an initial phone call with several follow-ups culminating in a visit to your dealership. We felt that we came away with a very reasonable deal and got just the car we wanted. There were no high pressure tactics. David made us feel as though he had our best interests at heart.
