Honest, Fair Dealership, A+ Experience! I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from James Motor Company. From the time that I arrived, I was treated very respectfully. The salesmen opened the doors for us and offered us refreshments right away. I was able to test drive the vehicle I purchased thoroughly and come inside to discuss purchasing the vehicle. I worked with Mr. Donahoe. He was very honest and easy to work with. I traded in my previous vehicle and was offered a fair price for it. I was pleased with how well everything went, I even got to meet the used car manager, Mr. Brantley. He was very friendly and was happy to work with us. We decided to finance through the dealership, although we had been offered financing at our local bank. The dealership had a GREAT interest rate that my bank couldn't beat! From start to finish this was THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had. They even brought out an employee to help me learn all the buttons and tricks that my new vehicle had to offer before we left! VERY happy customer.
