Satisfied Customer I have a 2001 GMC Sierra 1500 which I bought used from James Corlew in March 2016. I encountered a fuel leak which I scheduled an appointment for. The Service section was very professional and polite. They tried to fixed the problem in one day but unfortunately that could not be accomplished. They explained exactly what the problem was and that some parts would have to be ordered. I was told that my vehicle would probably be ready late the next afternoon. To my surprise I received a phone call the next morning informing me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. My vehicle was ready and the repairs completed. I may completely satisfied with the repairs and with everyone that I can in contact with about my vehicle. More

I've been a customer of the parts department of Corlew for several years & knew they had the best parts department (Parts Manager James West) of any dealer in Middle TN. Now I also know they have the best sales division also. I drove almost an hour to get to Corlew & will make the drive again when I'm ready for another vehicle. More
