A happy customer I visited James Corlew a few weeks ago. Just looking. A very nice young lady , Carlene Townsend , appeared in the lot. Answered all my questions and I visited James Corlew a few weeks ago. Just looking. A very nice young lady , Carlene Townsend , appeared in the lot. Answered all my questions and we left . Just looking I said. I called again the next day and had more questions. She was very nice and knowledgeable!! Later made an appointment to drive it. By the way, it was a 2014 Cadillac SRX and RED. My color. Needless to say , I purchased the car and and I have been perfectly satisfied . I have had several follow up calls and visits. All good. I would recommend Carlene and all the other office staff that has waited on me. Thanks James Corlew!!! More

Awesome service and staff!! I brought my 2016 Equinox in for an oil change and a full detail. Derek was my point person and he was awesome. Very helpful in coordinating with the other departments and very helpful in answering my questions. All I had to do was drop it off and he handled everything. My vehicle looked amazing, just like it did when I drove it out of the showroom in January. Love James Corlew!! More
Service and Body Shop Departments I had an issue where I dozed off and ran off the road with my 2015 Camaro. I've dealt with Tyler before in the service dept and again, he was very at I had an issue where I dozed off and ran off the road with my 2015 Camaro. I've dealt with Tyler before in the service dept and again, he was very attentive. I dropped off my car and turns out the front end frame was damaged along with a few other things. So my car made it over to the body shop and I dealt with Aaron. He was also very attentive and overall, I'm extremely satisfied with both departments. It took a little longer to get my car back than expected but parts were needed to be ordered along with my specific tires that they normally don't stock. Thanks for the good work! More
Did not update us on repair status We were told the repair job was a four day repair. I requested updates on our vehicle as the job was being completed and did not receive any. We did not receive any updates so we called on the fifth day to find out more damage was found and the repair would take longer. I left a message for the manager to call me back Monday to find out what was going on. Did not receive a phone call. I left a message with the sales office that I wanted to be called first thing Tuesday morning. Truck was ready for pick up on the 10th day of repairs. I'm happy with the repairs. The truck looked good when I picked it up. They informed me that a second Sierra was being worked on at the same time and all the update calls were made to that owner for both vehicles. I left my name and telephone number in the voice mail message that I left for the body shop manager but I guess it wasn't truly listened to. A better record system should be implemented to ensure customers are getting the information they requested. I brought my truck here based on the quality the service shop provides. I will be reconsidering this going forward. More
Quality Service I appreciate that you are open on Saturdays. I do wish that you would have more service advisors available. The past two Saturdays we have been there I appreciate that you are open on Saturdays. I do wish that you would have more service advisors available. The past two Saturdays we have been there with an appt and without an appt took way too long to talk to someone and get processed. The staff (service and sales) are pleasant and helpful. I also wish you would open a quick oil change for those who wish not to go to Valvoline or another place like that. Thank you. More
