Unprofessional and absolutely rude, unreliable and unresponsive sales staff. It took three separate attempts over a month to get a simple question answered. Would not trust this dealership or its staff ever again. More
Fell for the "won a tv" scam. The first thing I told the sales rep was I walked in was that I wanted honesty and trust. I didn't even mention my xx prize yet, just wanted to look at a vehicle. I was very upfront with my budget. Despite stating at the beginning of the encounter I had no patience for the back and forth game, that's exactly what we did for the next 3 hours. When I got them down to $75 a month over my budget, they "congratulated " me for "our great deal". That's when I inquired about my "prize", to find out I fell for bait and switch. I got angry, and they tried to buy me off with a "free tv". I didn't need a tv. I needed trust, which was now unrepairable. I felt tricked and lied to, so I don't trust that over budget quote. I left, and found what I wanted at the price I could afford elsewhere. Oh and they also added the Jeep I never purchased to my insurance policy. Stay away!! More
Called with questions about my bill. I did not speak with Steve I spoke with a parts person. I asked about what I thought was a Diagnosis charge the gentleman set the phone down and as I did not speak with Steve I spoke with a parts person. I asked about what I thought was a Diagnosis charge the gentleman set the phone down and aske Steve. Steve proceeded to tare into the gentleman I am assuming this was based on his frustration with my question. The Parts guys came back and explained there wasn't a Diag charge. I then asked what the Labor rate of the shop was he didn't know so he went back to Steve who again tore into the Young Man. He picked the phone back up and told me the labor rate I checked what I was charged and was fine with it. 1- The parts guy should have put the phone on hold. 2- Steve should have taken the phone call and not gone off on the parts guy. 3- The gentleman that answered the phone is in need of better training however if the training was done by Steve I can understand why it is lacking. 4- Had I been caller from Chrysler and heard the way Steve reacted to this situation I would have been at the dealership the following Monday.
