They gave me a great deal on the car let me keep it overnight which shouldn't have been a problem and wasn't I ended up buying the car my beef was a charged me $1,000 for some kind of cleaning package overnight which shouldn't have been a problem and wasn't I ended up buying the car my beef was a charged me $1,000 for some kind of cleaning package and protect them when I went to take the car home they were supposed to clean it up they was pop spray on the windows which wasn't addressed so my wife took the car to a detail shop from that dealership to get it cleaned that's my beef clean the car up would I buy from them again yes. More

I had to bring my husband’s car for service, and it was the worst experience! The lack of communication and the time waited was ridiculous! We have had more problems with this electric KIA that I think our the worst experience! The lack of communication and the time waited was ridiculous! We have had more problems with this electric KIA that I think our next electric car will be with a better car manufacturer. I was told it would be 2 hours and upwards of $400 to replace coolant in the vehicle, and was later told it was the HVAC which would be a minimum of $800. After no updates after the 2-hour timeframe, I decided to ask, and was rudely told it was an entirely different problem! When I asked how long THAT would take, I was told at least another 45 minutes! The car is less than 2 years old! I don’t recommend a KIA, and I don’t recommend the Jake Sweeney KIA auto group! More

I received a call my car was ready at 1:00-1:30. I waited until 3:00 to drive it out of there. Also, my car smells of gasoline really bad. I don't know what was worked on that would cause that.
