We love Jake Sweeney Kia! Just recently, our Sedona had an unexpected oil leak. The issue was covered under warranty, but would require our van being kept over the weekend. Our service rep, Christian, helped us with getting a rental car so that our weekend plans were not ruined. The repair was done in a timely and professional manner. This is one very satisfied Kia customer. More

I took my 2017 Forte into Jake Sweeney Kia as there was rattling from the engine. Instead of looking into the causes, they topped off the oil and said drive it for 1000 miles and come back (oil consumption rattling from the engine. Instead of looking into the causes, they topped off the oil and said drive it for 1000 miles and come back (oil consumption test). They didn't even call me to let me know it was done, I had to call them like 4+ times to get an update, let alone find out my car was done. Less than a 100 miles later, I heard it again, took it to Valvoline (which is what they told me to do) and got my oil checked and had to get it filled up as I burned through 2 Quarts in less than a 100 miles! I take it to kia the next day, they said they needed to wait for a manager to run the Carfax (which I could do from my phone). Even after the proof of 50% of my oil gone, they are still trying to get me to drive it 1000 miles. I'm not risking my life (as there was a class action lawsuit on their engines catching fire), risk getting stranded due to my engine seizing, or doing serious damage to my engine, or spending $25 and my own time every 100 miles (10+ times) to fill up my oil. Insanity. Not to mention the countless times I've called and left voicemails and no call back, they say they'll call me right back, and no call back (just terrible service). I have the bumper to bumper Powertrain warranty and they are doing their best to not service it. And the hoops they made me go through to find all my service records when they could've easily found it on Carfax. Awful experience, will NEVER buy from a Jake Sweeney dealer again, let alone a Kia. More

He did come in on his day off for delivery, even though the paperwork had been completed. We accidently left our ezpass in our trade, and he is taking the time to mail it back to us which I also appreciate. I hope my future car purchases can be this easy! More
