I was in the market for a new car. I had a 1999 Chevy Prism and it was time for an upgrade. I did a little research online prior to setting up an appointment to look at a car and test drive. Baker, and I spoke prior to my appointment, about my specific needs and my anxiety, as this was my first car purchase. I was then linked up with Jared Hale, who would assist me in my car hunt. Jared was amazing! He really took time to listen to my specific wants and needs. I was able to test drive several vehicles, and when I had a question, he answered honestly. Aaron White, who also assisting me in the financial aspect, was much more than helpful. He explained everything in a clear manner, was very understanding, and honest as well. I purschased a 2013 Cruze, and I can whole-heartedly say, that I absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING about my vehicle!!! I feel safe, and comfortable, and my payments are affordable! They did such a wonderful job meeting my needs and the customer service was incredible. The peace of mind that I have now, is priceless! I worked with Jared and Aaron on finding the new car I wanted. Even though the car we found was not on their lot, they had it for me the next day. Jared was extremely knowledgable about the models I was interested in. I had a physical limitation after surgery on my hand and Jared was very patient and helpful to me.
