Worst expericene ever!! We drove almost an hour 1/2 to look at a vehicle at this dealership. It was the color I was looking for and had all the accessories I wanted. It was just a matter of negotiating a price. Brett and Vince went to get the car for us to look at. They came back 15 - 20 minutes later and said the vehicle was not on the lot, an employee had driven it home. So instead of telling us it wasn't available to look at, they said it was 15 minutes away and they were going to go get it. 30 minutes after that, Brett and Vince still hadn't left the lot. We stopped them and asked if we could maybe start talking price and get our trade in looked at. Vince agreed that both him and Brett didn't need to go get the car from the manager that had driven it home. So we went back inside to wait. We gave Brett our car keys and waited. About 30 minutes later J.C. came to introduce himself and ask if we had any questions. We really didn't have any, just wanted to talk some numbers. Still nothing. Finally after waiting for over 2 hours (which I am sure most of you reading this would have left long before) I had to go knock on the sales managers door and ask for my cars keys back. I was told that Vince was almost back with the car. He was at the next exit. But I had heard it too many times and decided that if they hadn't been honest with me up to that point, they probably weren't going to be. By the way, I was never offered a drink or a seat in the lounge with the tv that I heard being offered to the nice family that was in there working with someone else. Too bad, I really wanted that car. From the time we pulled in the lot we were there for almost 3 hours and never saw the car we came to look at or talked any numbers with anyone. More

They were supposed to hold as of Friday for my arrival Monday morning (supposedly closed Sunday). This was also confirmed in an email from them. Saturday, I get a call telling me it's been sold. I guess I should just be happy I didn't arrive there Monday & find out then. The individual salesman, Jason, I dealt with was nice. Can not recommend dealing with an outfit that treats customers this way. Nearby McClusky Chevrolet has a good reputation among Corvette owners, especially for service, so if you're looking in the area, it may well be in your interest to do business with them, or another nearby dealer instead of Sweeney. More
