PREFECT I worked with Darrin in the past and he was great. I was having issues with the vehicle I was in and Darrin Aden and Jerrell Jordan got right on and i I worked with Darrin in the past and he was great. Very poor customer service. Shady business practices. Salesman told me it was mandatory to purchase a service contract (Approx $1,800) on my 2009 used car. They even worked in a 30 day paint protection Salesman told me it was mandatory to purchase a service contract (Approx $1,800) on my 2009 used car. They even worked in a 30 day paint protection warranty for $200. Originally had a 2.99 interest rate, but a week later when I came in to cancel the service contract, that I never wanted to begin with, I was told that there was a mistake on my loan and I needed to resign for 3.99. I was there from 9am to 4pm and didn't even get offered a water. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!! More

Not so good Not bad expirence buying our car which we love. Many problems after the sale. Car heater went out less than 30 days after I bought it and I was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee of 100$ to even had it looked at. My temp tags expired before I was able to get my tags. Now, my car is requiring an oil change. Our salesman was great and the staff was nice but they don't work very hard after the sale. More

Great service! Thanks, Darrin! I've been looking for a specific truck for over 6 months. My daughter bought a van from Darrin a year ago, and so I decided to check at Jake Sweeney. I've been looking for a specific truck for over 6 months. My daughter bought a van from Darrin a year ago, and so I decided to check at Jake Sweeney. I walked into Jake Sweeney around 2 in the afternoon and left a few minutes later after I had given Darrin the specifications of the truck I was looking for. In less than an hour he called me back with two trucks to look at. I was shocked they had found one, let alone two! Needless to say they worked with me and I got a great truck and a great deal!
