Terrible follow up, no proactivity and never confirmed that I understood the process and each step. First of all, to avoid confusion, this is the same dealership as the Land Rover store (my husband owns a Land Rover that he bought in Maryland). I was happy with the vehicle, the odometer read 9 miles, and did not appear to have been sitting outside for any great length of time. The restrooms at the dealership were clean, which I believe to be a good indication of honest management practices. The delivery process was simple and efficient. I have spoken with the dealership several times on the phone and I am equally impressed with the fact they answer the phone in a timely manner.
