Jaguar Sarasota - Service Center

I tend to be rather cynical when dealing with any car dealership. I have been told some rather interesting stories at times and been given rather extensive lists of "needed" expensive repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to Wilde Jaguar. I have a decent working knowledge of cars, in the past have done a great deal of my own work. Shayne and Stephen both discussed what I wanted done and exhibited a willingness to listen to my reasoning. A true pleasure in a service adviser. Of course when waiting for repairs one is tempted to look at the lovely new versions of the cars we love. Julez Garcia was again very pleasant, he listened, he did not push, I had the opportunity to drive the XK. I know what I have on my Christmas list now. I once was friends with the owner of a dealership, her attitude was "I run my business so I can meet my customers outside of work". I think Wilde Jaguar might just be another such dealership.
