Jaguar Sarasota - Service Center

Check engine light came on the fix took almost 3 weeks. Was told because of the back and forth with the warranty company. Some things were covered some weren't. Would have been nice to have the car washed as a courtesy for having the vehicle for so long. More

This is supposed to be a luxury car dealership and I was FAR BETTER taken car of at Toyota with my previous car. I emailed the manager is less than helpful my issues and he was less than helpful…I will never buy from this dealership again. It is sad because the car is amazing but this dealership is unacceptably disorganized and does not give a care about its patrons.. More
