I neither purchased a car from Wilde Jaguar nor did I have any service repairs. I went to the dealership for advice, and to determine what was necessary as far as repairs. It turned out I did not have repairs done, but during the process I was treated as if I had just bought the most expensive car on the lot. Thank you, to Shayne for her professional and genuine concern, and thank you Wilde Jaguar for going over and above what might have been expected, on my behalf. My experience with Wilde Jaguar could not have been better, and will be forever remembered. More
I own a 2009 Jaguar XK Coupe. Sorry to say I bought it at another Jaguar dealer in the area. I was having trouble, big time, with my Satellite Radio and the dealer could not resolve the problem after fo at another Jaguar dealer in the area. I was having trouble, big time, with my Satellite Radio and the dealer could not resolve the problem after four attempts. Frustrated, I called Wilde Jaguar and was connected to Stephen Golden, Service Manager. He immediately arranged for me to have a loaner car and set up the appointment. I must tell you that from the very beginning I was impressed by Stephen who made me feel as welcome as possible. Needless to say, he made all the right calls and decisions. Within 5 days I had my car back and the Satellite Radio is now perfect. I cannot say enough about Stephen. He is an outstanding "people person" and my experience at Wilde Jaguar was excellent. So excellent that I changed my license plate holder to "Wilde Jaguar" and removed the other dealer's holder. From now on, consider me part of the Wilde family. More

I tend to be rather cynical when dealing with any car dealership. I have been told some rather interesting stories at times and been given rather extensive lists of "needed" expensive repairs. I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit to Wilde Jaguar. I have a decent working knowledge of cars, in the past have done a great deal of my own work. Shayne and Stephen both discussed what I wanted done and exhibited a willingness to listen to my reasoning. A true pleasure in a service adviser. Of course when waiting for repairs one is tempted to look at the lovely new versions of the cars we love. Julez Garcia was again very pleasant, he listened, he did not push, I had the opportunity to drive the XK. I know what I have on my Christmas list now. I once was friends with the owner of a dealership, her attitude was "I run my business so I can meet my customers outside of work". I think Wilde Jaguar might just be another such dealership. I look forward to my next trip south knowing I have someplace to take my Jag. More

Since, I purchased my Smart Passion cabriolet in January, 2009, I have enjoyed every visit back to Wilde on Clark. I have never experienced such good service at another car dealer before. it is fun just to 2009, I have enjoyed every visit back to Wilde on Clark. I have never experienced such good service at another car dealer before. it is fun just to go there for a free car wash, and drink coffee and eat bagels and doughnuts. My Smart is the best car I ever owned. I have had no trouble with it. After 10,000 miles, when I took it in for service, it had not used a drop of oil. It is great fun to drive also. Every where I go it gets attention. People are surprised when I tell them that I drive top speed on the Interstate. and that It gets over 41mpg. I lived in Europe for several years, and when I saw the first Smart car, I knew that I wanted one if they ever were sold in the U. S. I could not be happier with any other auto. More
