Refuse to fix my under warranty XJL I bought my 2015 Jaguar XJL a few months ago. Noticed that the paint was fading and the chrome around the door frames was pitting. Took it back and th I bought my 2015 Jaguar XJL a few months ago. Noticed that the paint was fading and the chrome around the door frames was pitting. Took it back and the manager refused to do anything about it even though the car is under warranty and they said that they had never had this issue before. They even refused to tell me the reason for not doing something about it. Frankly, I'm stunned by the lack of concern over a customer who pays $800 a month for their product. You have lost a very loyal customer. I am very sad and upset!! P.S. Shayne is lovely and had no bearing on this decision. More

Outstanding experience with the service department I recently purchased a certified XK from Wilde. I made a service appointment to apply interior & exterior protection. In addition, I found a few minor I recently purchased a certified XK from Wilde. I made a service appointment to apply interior & exterior protection. In addition, I found a few minor items that needed to be resolved. When I arrived for the appointment, everything was ready as scheduled. Toby listed the items that needed attention and provided a loaner vehicle. Taga (my salesman) also took the time to review my needs to confirm they would be addressed. Toby kept me advised several times during the day and asked me if I could return the following day to allow the sealer time to set. When I returned the next day, Toby mentioned that a few other items were identified and fixed. Taga also discussed the work with me to ensure I was satisfied. Overall, the experience was outstanding. My time at the dealership was minimal for both visits. Toby was extremely attentive, courteous, took the initiative to identify & repair items (which were unknown to me) to avoid future problems, and kept me advised of the status of the work. I have had three Jaguars in for service at Wilde. I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve received during the past ten years. More

We have had the pleasure of working with him during two transactions in the last two years. A funny thing happened the other day when I sent my husband off with my car to have the oil changed. While he was there he called me to ask if brown and black leather interior was "OK" HMMMMM? Now, that may sound strange to some people but not to those who know my husband who is a, car "NUT" He can't just sit there and be patient, he has to look at all of those shiny objects on the lot. It's a long story but in the end he came home with a Shiny New Black XF Sport and not the White XF he left with. But that was only after he paid to have the oil changed in the white one. I drive a 13 year old Jag-a classic- with 60k miles. I have owned it for 10 years. After a bad experience at a dealership I have had it maintained by a local mechanic. My mistrust of dealers runs deep so I reluctantly brought brought my car into Wilde Jaguar. The professional service from the first phone call to driving out the lot has completely won me over. I brought my 2005 Maserati in for service and while I was waiting I chatted with salesman Matt Hughes about Maseratis in general. He pointed out several and we discussed their merits. I liked the improvements that had been made since I got mine. I had not considered trading mine in as I thought that the new prices were out of my reach. Matt offered to let me take a test drive anyway. I was impressed by his knowledge of the car. He introduced me to his manager, Stephan Kacprzyk, who also was very friendly and said that we might be able to work something out. A couple days later I came in to chat with both Matt and Stephan and wow, a deal was possible. There had been no pressure from either of them, so I felt very pleased that I could get the new model at a fair price. Shayne Gilley in service saw to it that both my older car and the new one were in top working order when I drove home. She stressed that the mechanics were highly trained and treated the cars with great care and respect. I certainly would recommend Wilde to anyone who is interested in a beautiful sports car. More
I actually look forward to visiting Wilde Jaguar for routine service of my Jaguar. It is a chance to visit with my friendly salesman Phillip and see what is new and of course Shayne in service has greet routine service of my Jaguar.
