Douglas was amazing as usual. We had some extra issues and he worked out a loaner car no problem. Saw a car online. Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Went there, the car wasn’t ready to view, took over 30 minutes for them to Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Went there, the car wasn’t ready to view, took over 30 minutes for them to “find” the car. Bought the car and warranty. Not even a week later, there’s a redline in the screen and passenger running board motor is broken. Called them to use the warranty to fix it, they had the car about a week. It is still not fixed, they’re overcharging the warranty company so they’re expecting me to pay the difference. Sadly disappointed. More
