The dealership does not appear to be organized or customer focused. Misinformation is the norm. The experience from Wilde who cared about the customer is night and day to the new ownership. The service manager was helpful but things should not have to escalate everytime you need something. I called and made an appointment for three things waited on hold for 15 minutes got a confirmation everything was scheduled only to arrive and be told the advantage plan coating that was scheduled couldn't be done that day. The service adviser who was very nice but said she couldn't stand behind the scheduler because he was new and that has to be scheduled separately. The manager was able to get it done for us so that we need not need to spend another hour driving there on a different day. Certainly not what you expect from a Jag dealer. We really miss the customer service from Wilde. The mechanic who sent the video was awesome and the video was fantastic. More
