I however do not appreciate being harassed by text by salesmen trying to buy my car. I also had to book out my appointment farther than I wanted to due to lack of loaner vehicles. I wish management would address these things. More

Saw a car online. Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Went there, the car wasn’t ready to view, took over 30 minutes for them to Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Went there, the car wasn’t ready to view, took over 30 minutes for them to “find” the car. Bought the car and warranty. Not even a week later, there’s a redline in the screen and passenger running board motor is broken. Called them to use the warranty to fix it, they had the car about a week. It is still not fixed, they’re overcharging the warranty company so they’re expecting me to pay the difference. Sadly disappointed. More

Quick with updates and efficient! I am a loyal fan due to his excellent care. Girl called 10am Sat morning after I picked up vehicle. Asked me if I would be open to a purchase estimate while I waited for vehicle service. I answered, I have no idea what you are talking about and before I could finish my sentence, she repeated herself. I interrupted her and finished my sentence, "I am not at the dealership". Poorly run service department beginning with the hassle of scheduling of an appointment ( took multiple phone calls with messages left and no one returns the call) and leading up to service rep communicati of scheduling of an appointment ( took multiple phone calls with messages left and no one returns the call) and leading up to service rep communication ( never available to speak and answer questions directly - preferred texting & emailing ). The absolute worst I've experienced in my 20+ years of owning multiple range rovers and dealing with various Sarasota service departments. More
