Just bought this car. 1 week after purchase brakes started squeaking. Took it in they said this is normal for this car. Didn’t do anything to help the issue. We brought the car to have our wheels buffed out per our agreement. Something happened during the first attempt at fixing the wheels where they either damaged a wheel or missed a spot, but we had to bring i agreement. I was pressured to purchase the car, the sales agent did not have knowledge of the cars i was interested in. in 8 days of me purchasing the car, it died, i was charged on the bill for the inspection of the not have knowledge of the cars i was interested in. in 8 days of me purchasing the car, it died, i was charged on the bill for the inspection of the car, but if that was the case they would have known that the starter was bad and fixed it. i Called my sales agent left him a message and he never called me back. Also, i was told by the repair shop that the caws still under factory warranty, it was not! overall, not a good experience, reputation of Jaguar not intact in my book. be better of your job, this was my first car purchase in 20yrs and i am disappointed. brought in for 16,000 mile service oil change and tire rotation. Charged $1,000 and air pressure in tires never adjusted, (front and rear tires are pressurized differently) thus making car hard to keep i rotation.
