I wish management would address these things. More

Saw a car online. Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Went there, the car wasn’t ready to view, took over 30 minutes for them to Called them saying I was coming to see it, made an appointment with them. Not even a week later, there’s a redline in the screen and passenger running board motor is broken. Called them to use the warranty to fix it, they had the car about a week. It is still not fixed, they’re overcharging the warranty company so they’re expecting me to pay the difference. Sadly disappointed. More

I was only in for an oil change; the invoice indicated that they did a check of my fluids and filters and said they are fine. But, because of the age of the car (2017) and the mileage (19,000), they reco that they did a check of my fluids and filters and said they are fine.
