The service was prompt and efficient. My only complaint is that the customer amenities in the waiting area are sorely lacking. I would expect more from a Jaguar/Land Rover dealership. There has been a serious cutback under the current owners. I expect to be offered more than a bottle of Costco brand water while spending over $1200 on regular annual service. My other car is a GMC, and the customer waiting amenities at that dealership far surpass this. More

Dropped off before opening for an alignment. Alignment is perfect, however the service writer was less than communicative. Once I asked when it would be done I was simply told it was in the wash Alignment is perfect, however the service writer was less than communicative. Once I asked when it would be done I was simply told it was in the wash, that didn’t give me a time. 3hrs after that I dropped by to pay long after lunch. Service writer was more interested in a YouTube video and showing an energy drink to a colleague. Another service writer finally took care of me and got me paid up. Not sure if he was overloaded or busy but definitely didnt receive any attention on my end. More
