My service advisor was great, why this Jaguar dealer never has loaners available is ridiculous. I could see not having loaners for used car sales service but for new cars? It was a pleasent exsperiance at the dealership. They have a comfortable seating area. When my car was returned to me it had been washed and the interior was vacumed. I'm not even sure where to start. ...misrepresented trim of my car in the ad, discovered it the weekend after we had purchased on a Thursday night.... sent an email to sales person ask ...misrepresented trim of my car in the ad, discovered it the weekend after we had purchased on a Thursday night.... sent an email to sales person asking for acknowledgement of this disvovery...no response. It was advertised as a premium trim - was in fact base. Also, immediately discovered, was that the car had bad window gaskets/seals, had it into the shop twice right after purchase.... said there was nothing they could do about it the first time, that I had to contact insurance company to get a new windshield because it was attached to that.... not true. Safelight came out and said it's attached to trim, not the window. The second time they had it (within 3 weeks) they were contacting a separate Window Shop to find out how to replace my window gasket/seals that were actually falling out! Went two days actually 3 days without my car total, finally picked it up the second time and was promised quotes on items that needed repaired the next day along with some answers on my windshield and window gaskets. I've never heard from them again.... that was 2 weeks ago today. I'll go back to Genesis/Hyundai next time! Jason the finance guy was however, top notch - great guy! More

I live an hour and a half away. I had to call to find out that they were going to keep it overnight. The communication was not the best throughout the service. I did appreciate another perk they have is they brought the car back to me I was a little surprised as part of their service they wash and vacuum out your car for you which was not done! More
Absolutely not a a good experience. I used a loaner which previously there was no charge for gas. I tracked my mileage via Life 360 an app on my phone. I did not get an invoice just a charge on my cc. I emailed the service advisor and manager and did receive a credit. Also the amount charged for 45,000 seems excessive. I was told the bill was around $1300 and then got a message tires needed alignment and another $300. So over $1600 which included a charge for using my cc. In this economy I really feel taken advantage of. Also my husband drives an Audi and has never paid for the gas in a loaner. More
