I had a blow out Friday, 17 night and had it towed to Jaguars Sarasota as I did not have a spare. MS Lane called me Saturday morning, told me there was a recall she whould take care of and made sure my tire was fixed. I was out the door by noon and could not speak highly of her service. Brought in my car for USB not connecting to my IPHONe and GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up v GPS system thru I-Phone. USB was defective and had to be replaced to the tune of $4,500.00 Vehicle was in dealership a week . I came to pick up vehicle and they didn’t update my MAPS. I had to drive back (four times) within 15 minutes. Every time I drove off something went wrong with the system. No one knows what they are doing! I’ve been leaving messages and voice mails for Mike with no response nice person, horrible communicator. I will be calling Monday morning I want to talk with a person of authority. I don’t know if the service department is owned or managed by the dealership but it’s a very POOR reflection on the company. I feel as if I’m dealing with a sleazy, used , car dealership Sincerely Grace Dawson More
