I did not receive a second set of keys. I did not find out until after I signed the paperwork. Travelling south from Canada this month I had a "Brake Pads Worn" message come up. Concerned that this would be unsafe for much further driving I set up a service appointment to have them checked. My Serv Pads Worn" message come up. Concerned that this would be unsafe for much further driving I set up a service appointment to have them checked. My Service advisor, Nick Hoover was professional, courteous and reassuring. He explained after examining the pads that I was safe to travel back to Canada which we did with no incident. I was extremely pleased with the high level of service and integrity Nick showed. He could have, afterall, said the pads required replacing immediately or were unsafe, just to do the work. To check our F-Pace out and be truthful about the pad status was honest, and frankly, refreshing. This young man should be commended for his ethical and kind treatment of a customer, particularly one he was unlikely to ever see again. I'm very grateful! More
