The service department seems more like a used car dealership. The rep Devon ignores you when you have a conversation. He schedules appointments without your consent and will not return your calls. I have owned many luxury autos including Jaguars, Mercedes, BMW to name a few and my experience with this dealership is by far the worst. The new car sales manager is the only reason I did not give a zero star rating. Devon needs to understand who pays his salary…. The customer and that if someone spends 6 figures for a vehicle they want it cared for and not coming back to you dirty and not complete. I have owned multiple businesses and an employee like Devon would be gone before he alienated anymore customers. Good luck as you will need it to survive. More
