I had a breakdown with my Range Rover Sport and had it towed in to repair. The service department quoted me a costs for repair from service manager then changed for a higher amount from Advisor 20minutes towed in to repair. After over $4400 in repair costs, we got the vehicle back after one day of driving the head gasket blew from the pressure after the coolant system repair. Now they want over $14k additional to repair gasket. This should have been disclosed when fixing the other problem knowing the pressure from the system could blow the gasket and total the vehicle. This costs us over $6500 if we sold it prior and they offered us $2000 for the car. What a poor service for a strong advocate for Range Rover having owned for over 13 years. After this experience I would never buy one of refer anyone to Sarasota dealership . Michelle was our advisor. More

Quite a bit of room for improvement. Communication issues in trying to set up a service appointment.
