I brought my 2023 F-Pace for the two year service. Scott Tierney took me in immediately, answered all my questions. gave me a time line for completion of the work. I made an appointment with Landrover Sarasota to install a piece of molding on my 2018 Discovery. For some reason, the front desk did not have an appointment for me (probably my own fault here). Nick, my se a piece of molding on my 2018 Discovery. For some reason, the front desk did not have an appointment for me (probably my own fault here). Nick, my service advisor could see I needed some assistance so he came out to my car to take a look at the new molding on my car that needed to be installed correctly. Nick was able to ask a technician to take a look at it. It was fixed in 5 minutes. It might seem like a small thing but it’s something an auto repair shop could not do. Nick also gave me some great advice to avoid issues with the molding ( bristles from car wash can get under the molding & pull the piece up - no more automatic carwashes for me) Thank you, LandRover for hiring Nick who provides stellar Service. More
