On the other hand, my experience with Kyle Rivera, the service manager, was mixed. While he helped investigate the issue and identify that my parts had not been ordered—as I was previously told—he mentioned he would follow up with a call, but unfortunately, I never received that follow-up. I appreciate his initial effort, but consistent communication would have made the experience much better. More

Scott sent his people out to my home to pick up my car and return it to me a little later in the day. Everything works perfectly now. Again, it was great service. More

A dedicated waiting area would provide a better customer experience. From my experience, most, if not all, other high-end auto dealerships have a dedicated customer waiting area. Your waiting area is located on the main showroom floor and seems out of place for a higher-end dealership. Also, could you improve the snacks for your clients? Considering how much cars like ours cost to service, the dealership could afford to spend a bit more money on things like these. More

The service representative was great. The greeter was lazy and rude. When service was completed the sensor showed that a tire was low that hadn’t been prior. I returned inside to speak to the service representative but she was busy. I the spoke to the greeter and explained the issue. She told me to go out and find a porter to add air. I explained that I was not an employee and she could locate a porter. An older employee then stated he would assist me. To tell a customer of a luxury vehicle to go out and search for an employee to assist on something that was not present prior to the service. This should have been observed after the service since it puts a large yellow ring on the dashboard. More
