The process unfortunately started very early for me I just picked up my new F-Pace that week and somehow got a flat tire. But it got only better from there after calling service they had my car picked up brought to the dealer inspected, a video was sent which was very thorough the tire needed to be replaced which I bought the extended warranties for and it was covered which turned a very frustrating situation to a great turnout. Scott was very friendly helpful and a pleasure to work with one of the smoothest processes I had ever dealt with. He went above and beyond what his job description is he cares and is proud of working for/at Jaguar. It made myself and my wife know that we picked the right SUV we were looking for down here. I would recommend Jaguar and especially Scott to anyone looking for a car or suv without question. Also we really love the new F-Pace & would not hesitate buying another one when we need it. More

My experience with this GLE has been very disappointing. The day after purchasing the vehicle, I brought it back to the dealership because it was pulling to the right and did not feel stable on the road. I The day after purchasing the vehicle, I brought it back to the dealership because it was pulling to the right and did not feel stable on the road. I was told it was an alignment issue and that it had been corrected, but the vehicle continues to pull to the right and the concern was never actually resolved. In addition, the other issues I realized with the vehicle were never thoroughly inspected or corrected - I believe.There appear to be numerous defects and concerns that should not be present on a vehicle with only 16,000 miles. I am currently working with a Mercedes-Benz dealership to properly diagnose and resolve these issues. As a customer, I did not expect to encounter this many problems on a low-mileage vehicle. The overall experience has been extremely frustrating and far below the expectations I had when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz from this dealer. Also, they offer extended warranty and I glad I didn’t buy it. They are selling 3rd party warranty which is not good. Thousands of negative review. More
