After being charged an electronic filing fee, a third party tag agency fee and title registration fees, my vehicle registration was done wrongly and it has been an uphill battle to get it corrected. My temp tag has expired and this has put me at risk of citations, fines and even vehicle impoundment. I need this vehicle to get to and from work and there is no indication that your establishment is taking any expedited action to rectify the issue. More
