I recently had my jaguar f-pace serviced at the Peabody dealership. The process could not have been easier. Jennifer was my assigned tech assistant, and she was outstanding! My appointment was going to take a few hours so I opted to use a loaner vehicle. Again very easy. The service techs found a few issues and I received an email outlining what they were. While I was reading it Jennifer immediately was there to explain any questions I had. One issue was taken care of and as there was no urgency for another we discussed the best way to handle it.
