On the day I bought the car we spent a fair amount of time reviewing the pros and cons of 20 inch rims and tires, and ended up making a last minute model change--much to my piece of mind. Kudos also to Sherman, assistant business manager for insisting I take a loaner to work so he could arrange the autobaun installation at my convenience and before any road chips occurred. I had an eleven year old Toyota Landcruiser that I absolutely loved, and I must admit this new Range Rover is winning me over very, very quickly. More
I own 3 Rovers..1 RRSC, 1RR sport and a 2002 Disco (7 seater for the kids and dog). I have dealt with Rusty Johnsen on all 3 cars. My family and I have 2 Supercharged HSE's and 2 Supercharged sports from here boston area and 1 in miami. We have been working with Rusty for almost 6 years now. We worked with him at his previouse employer and followed him to peabody. The attentivness to his customers goes beyond his job discription. Rusty has done anything and everything to service us as valued customers. He delivers cars to us on his days off and even goes as far as driving my fathers lambo down to get serviced for him.Rusty is not just any average sales associate he really values his customers and treats them as if they are the only people buying Range Rovers. We have a company Located in the MetroWest and Rusty Drives out here to service pick up and drop off cars for us. he is truly a pleasure to work with i could not imagine working with anyone else, for this we now look at him as a part of our family. Truly a great guy more sales associates should take on this type of attitude "what the customer wants the customer gets." More
Because of Landrover Peabody, I will NEVER buy another Landrover again and would tell anyone I know not to buy one! (especially from Peabody) The service was terrible, Steve (the SERVICE mangaer) - I don't think he knows what service means - was rude, short and abrasive and acted like he was doing me a favor by speaking with me. Certainly not the service you would expect when you buy a $70,000 vehicle. ...That was really my first mistake. For the (almost)4 years I've owned it, my car has been in the shop more than anyone I know. 3 people I know wanted to buy the same car I have and have bought something else after watching what I have gone through. In this economy, most business can't afford to loose those sales. Apparently they just don't care. They should be ashamed of themselves and the people they have hired to run their business. Totally disgraceful. More
I live in Westborough, MA...have owned 3 Mercedes S500's in a row (upgraded every 2 years), then tried the Range Rover Sport, loved it, and bought it (acquired from Rusty Johnsen-Land Rover Peabody). Given that my offices are Global-I have very little time to spare, Rusty was so accommodating-he actually brought vehicles to my house to evaluate. In truth, I have never been to his dealership. Seriously. I liked the Sport so much, I upgraded to the HSE. What a machine. Combine the product from Range Rover, the unequaled service from Rusty-why would you go anywhere else ? They are professional, knowledgable and easy to work with on all levels. Every question is answered and they ensure that the experience is a good one. The main reason we are repeat customers is that the staff at Land Rover Peabody has impeccable service and goes out of their way to make the customer happy. The cars are great as well, but it is the staff that makes me a loyal customer. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. More
I'm looking for a pre-owned vehicle with low mileage and a certain appeal. I walked in to browse cars last week and was not greeted for at least 20 minutes on a slow weekday.
