Hello, Please respond via email (stins1603@gmail.com or john.stinson@effem.com), as I am in Dublin for work through next week. Rick told me by phone late Dec. '25 that he removed the 12K extended warranties from the price of the vehicle I had aligned on before I entered the dealership. This is still showing on my Land Rover Financial account almost 6 weeks later. Please confirm that this was actually removed from my sale and who I can follow up with from the warranty company that this was initiated and how long it will take to be removed from my account on Chase.
