Gene even went the extra mile to write a personalized note wishing me good luck with the new car. The day of delivery went smoothly with no hiccups. From dealing with Jake in finance to Chad the specialist helping set up the new vehicle, the experience was top notch. Would certainly return for future cars! I went up there of week ago to ask them to put my tank back at a half of tank of diesel because it was cold outside and I didn’t want to mess up my diesel pump, that’s where my tank was at when I bring it back at a half of tank of diesel because it was cold outside and I didn’t want to mess up my diesel pump, that’s where my tank was at when I bring it in back in October. And Mike was rude and obnoxious with me and told me to wait until next week to speak to Anthony because he wasn’t in. The diesel tank meter was on 35% when I went up there which was last Saturday. when I checked it yesterday it was at 45% and my car didn’t move. I have 2 tracker device’s on my car so my phone alerts me when it moves and I have the Jaguar remote tracker on it, my car didn’t move. I would like to know what did they put in my diesel tank? This is the worst experience ever, my car been at the dealership for two months, and still there. I understand the parts didn’t come in yet, take care my vehicle like it’s a company vehicle. I really think Mike should take a class on how to communicate with customers. FYI, customers pay they salary. No customers, they’ll be out of business. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I’m just thinking what if I only had that 1 car and that was my means of transportation. I have the app on my phone and my first slow leak happened when somebody had test drove it from the dealership.I seen it on the app and they let my car sit for 2 weeks on a flat tire. I kept calling up they leaving messages about my tire. Anthony that's in charge of my car handling the paperwork called me back after my car was sitting on a flat tire for two weeks and let me know, He had change the tire and he did, I seen it on the app. Now, I'm just finding out on Christmas that my car has another slow leak. I am patiently waiting for my parts to come in for my car so they can fix it. I already paid the bill ahead of time for the job to get done. More
I had originally been taking my vehicle to Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippany where I had first purchased my car, and have been getting it serviced for the last 5 years. This particular time, I took my Land Rover in Parsippany where I had first purchased my car, and have been getting it serviced for the last 5 years. This particular time, I took my car to Paul Miller in Parsippanny on October 1, 2022 for my scheduled routine maintenance. I decided to wait with my husband while they were supposedly working on my car. I inquired about my brakes, and Mike Barbone told me, it's too early to get them done, you still have time, your truck is fine. I never received a detail report of my vehicle just the invoice, and receipt from which we paid. We left and a few weeks later, I started to hear what sounded like metal scraping noise coming from my vehicle. This went on for about three days beforeI made a phone call back to the dealership. I originally thought I was tripping out. I called Paul Miller Land Rover Parsippanny, and explained to them what I was hearing, and that I had my car there just a few weeks back for service. I was given the earliest appointment of November 10th. For me, this was an emergency, especially just had spent money to service my car and to do an overall inspection of my vehicle. I didn't feel safe driving while hearing that noise. Needless to say, they couldn't fit me in...Lol. I in turn called another Land Rover dealership, as soon as I hung up with Paul Miller Land Rover in Parsippanny, and immediately got a walk in appointment for the very next day. The technician found that my back brakes were definitely in the red, less than 20% remaining. My service advisor notified my husband of what they found and what was causing the noise. Rear brakes were grinding, creating noise while the vehicle was moving. I needed to have pads, rotors, and wear sensor replaced. Also had my brake system flushed. They did an excellent job. Now my vehicle rides so smooth like the first day when I purchased my vehicle, and guess what no noise. I appreciate the swift action, care and work done on my vehicle. Needless to say I will never take my car ever again to Paul Miller Land Rover Parsippanny. When I inquired about not receiving a report, I got one today November 3, 2022 that didn't coincide with the actual time I checked out of their service department, nor did it show that I had any problems with my brakes...go figure...Shame shame....Mike Barbone.
