Not your typical car sales person What a pleasant surprise. I purchased many new cars in the past but I have never had an experience as pleasant as I did recently when I purchased my What a pleasant surprise. I purchased many new cars in the past but I have never had an experience as pleasant as I did recently when I purchased my first Land Rover. The sales lady is Catherine Ayuso. She is more like an extremely competent counselor rather than a typical car salesman. She knew her product. She provided facts. She was ethical. She was neither pushy nor overbearing. She was friendly and responsive. What an amazing experience that I had with her. The service she provided is what others should also provide but sadly that is not going to happen. Since my dealing with the dealership was primarily through her, I can't speak about the entire dealership. That said, the impression I got about the dealership was similar. I highly recommend Catherine Ayuso. More

They do a great job of diagnosing your vehicle problems, keeping you informed regarding the job status and taking care of you in case anything happens. A loaner car is always available and it's great not having to wait while your car is being serviced. I take my car here for everything even when it's not covered under warranty such as oil changes and new tires. At Madison Jaguar, I can drop my car off, take a loaner and pick up my car after work. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Service beyond Service! I called Bob Decker as my car was being towed by roadside assistance. He ordered me a new tire and serviced my car all within one day. The worse service experance I ever Had ! Just had my 2011 jaguar XF in for service to have my wheel tire pressure sensors recalabrated. After waiting about 2 hours cuz the service tecs we Just had my 2011 jaguar XF in for service to have my wheel tire pressure sensors recalabrated. After waiting about 2 hours cuz the service tecs went on lunch and by the way had a service appointment on line for 11:30 AM Why have service appoinments at that time for a waiting customer knowing your tecs go to lunch ? .. Well anyway thats was the least of my problum .. After like i said waiting like I did my service advisor Luke had me speak to the service tec who worked on my car to tell me what i allready knew about my tire presure sensors i had to go to jaguar factory service to tell me what my tire guy told me and by the way my tire guy didnt charge me to tell me that like madison jaguar did how wrong I thought but I paid the bill like a Gentleman Nd left .. In addition the service tec really didnt know what was wrong or how to fix my issurbwith out telling me to just about change ever part in the tire presure system for about $ 100.00 how crazy i thought that was if jaguar serice dont know how to pint point a problum with a real fix who needs them ... In fact not only didnt service fix my issue I was charged $100.00 to do nothing .. Still with that said not my real problum !,,, as I was driving home and about 5 miles from madison jaguar serice I got a red Battery lite . light up on my dash board so i figurd its a low battery so i went another mile or two when ever lite on the dash lit up , trans fault . Abs,brakes fault and my car slowed down to about 10 miles a hour now you got to understand im now on the nj turn pike you know driving ten miles a hour is a accident waiting to happen ... I findly got my car back into my Garage at home ... Now in my garage I shut off my car and tryed to start NOTHING !, Thank GOD i thought i didnt pull over when i was on the turnpike and shut my car off i would had bin stranded and it wount have started back up you have to understat the temp outside was 9'deguees and with the winfd chill factor it was 10 below i wasent goung to take that chance and pull ove turn off my car not dtarting and risking stranded in the call weather waiting for help like The state police .. Somi i was saying my car is total dead , battery !!!!! So I called madison Jaguar service dept spoke to my service dept service advisor Luke he put me on hold to get the tec that worked on my car well at this point i was so upset i cant tell you thinking if i pulled over when i was on the NJ turnpike how my day would maybe ended up in the hospital im not a young kid anymore im retired 62 year old man... Anyway luke got back on the phone and his answer was you got to bring my car back to me What I said my car is in my garage dead stuck do you here me stuck because something your dervice dept screwed up!,, also called madison Jaguars service Manager Al 3 times no one got on the phone got His voice mail that i left a message of my issue with no call back at all not ever to say i undersand Hay Al hop your wife never experance what i just had to again i tryed calling al two times again nothing more voice messages only ... How do you people run a business ???? Not good juding by my experace so far ... Its not fair i should have to find a way to get my car back for a problum that with out a dought your service dept caused .... I went in with a 100%! Perfict running car and left with a MONSTER !!!!! Ill get my car fix on my own not at that place wonder why the service dept was empty This morning ill be calling Ray Catena Jaguar Service for sure !!,, Ps its the next dat 11am s Madison juguar service has bin open since 7:30 am this morning and still not a call bck from eather Al the service manager or even Luck my service advise to ask if im ok or is my car for the most part ok.... Well guys its NOT thanks to to your service dept !!,!,! More
