He found just the 2015 F-Type I was looking for, had it promptly modified to my wishes and gave me a very competitive price without having to fight for it. It was readily apparent that Michael and Madison Jaguar were head-and-shoulders above their fellow dealers in terms of customer service, knowledge and work ethic. When we decided we “needed” an F-Type, we visited a lot of dealerships, since the 2015 F-Type Coupe was becoming more difficult to locate (except for some of the hideous colors). We hoped to see and drive a few different options. It would be an understatement to say that we were handled with near disdain by most of the other dealerships, despite being very clear from the start that we were very serious about taking home an F-Type. Conversely, Michael was always friendly and helpful. He even engaged in a lengthy search for the specific F-Type we wanted. In the end, we actually opted for a bigger/cooler F-Type that Madison Jaguar had on the lot. We could not be happier with our F-Type, or, as I call her, the Big Cat. More
