Worst Service department I have ever dealt with. Every time I have used their service department I have had the same experience. You have to take it in multiple times to get the issue resolved. I Every time I have used their service department I have had the same experience. You have to take it in multiple times to get the issue resolved. I've also taken it in and had it returned in with new issues. These issues have ranged from dents in the car to road rash on the wheels. I have also had the experience of it taking weeks all the way up to a month to get the car back from Service. Auto texts are sent in the middle of the night. I would not recommend Park Place. More

This entire team works like a “well oiled machine.” They make the process of buying and shipping a car nearly seamless and effortless for the customer. This company pays for many of the costs that it takes to make this happen. They have some of the cheapest added fees in the Nation. From sales to finance to management, Rob and Bob were fantastic! I recommend this dealership above any other, as it is one of the very few left that truly cares about the customer. I hope to do business with you all again in the future! I had my 2020 Range Rover serviced at this Dealership and I was treated like a second class citizen by Staff on 6/11/21. I am African American and I was treated differently than a Caucasian man who came in I was treated like a second class citizen by Staff on 6/11/21. Kendall assisted me with my pre owned Cadillac purchase. I was able to handle most things over the phone and email. I pretty much just picked up the vehicle and signed the deal.
