Two African American retired Colonels walked into this dealership on 7 Jan 23 (my husband and I retired from Active Duty about 1 year ago). We are looking to replace a BMW X series. In fact, the gentlemen at the front desk appeared to inentionally look down (away) when we walked in; and two older gentlemen who were talking to each other dispersed. ALL saw us walk in- even the two women sitting on the bench looked up. We got in and out of vehicles for about 20+ minutes no< greeting, not one approach. So much for customer service...the behavior certainly did not engender ME to want to give e our hard earned incomes to this facility. Cee Williams More

Worst Service department I have ever dealt with. Every time I have used their service department I have had the same experience. You have to take it in multiple times to get the issue resolved. I've also taken it in and had it returned in with new issues. These issues have ranged from dents in the car to road rash on the wheels. I have also had the experience of it taking weeks all the way up to a month to get the car back from Service. Auto texts are sent in the middle of the night. I would not recommend Park Place. More

I had my 2020 Range Rover serviced at this Dealership and I was treated like a second class citizen by Staff on 6/11/21.
