I recently took my car in to have some simple service performed, and asked them to call back with a quote. They called back a few hours later with a highly overpriced proposal. It was so bad that I dec performed, and asked them to call back with a quote. They called back a few hours later with a highly overpriced proposal. It was so bad that I decided to pick up my car and take it to an independent technician. After having it fixed by the tech. for a 1/3 of what the dealer wanted, he told me that the some of the parts the dealer was supposed to check were not removed in the recent past! They basically gave me a quote for what they thought was wrong WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE CAR!! The West-Herr service was terrible and they lied directly to my face about the condition of the car. I was utterly shocked by their lack of professionalism in dealing with such a simple service request, and I recommend everyone against taking their business there in the future! More
