Very Helpful/EXCELLENT service department! West Herr Jaguar - Sales and Service have been EXCEPTIONAL! Tim Oswald and Patty Vedella have been wonderful! Michelle and Tracey in service have also West Herr Jaguar - Sales and Service have been EXCEPTIONAL! Tim Oswald and Patty Vedella have been wonderful! Michelle and Tracey in service have also gone beyond and above for me! After having had surgeries last year, I was unable to pick-up my new car. Tim Oswald saw to it -(he actually drove my F-Pace to my lake shore residence for me) that my car was delivered to me. I have had sports cars - including a 1997 Jaguar since the 1970s! (My very FIRST car was a 1965 MGB; my husband and I have had five Porsches, an Alfa Romeo, the 1997 Jag, -and an 'assortment of Audis & Jeeps)- and I must say that West Herr has been THE VERY BEST dealership that I have dealt with! I do hope that the Jaguar F-Pace and E-Pace, as well, will become popular and that the sales of these Jaguar vehicles will override those of other SUVs- such as the Porsche SUVs; BMW SUVs ; Audi SUVs, as the Jaguar F-Pace and E-Pace are certainly much more stylish, elegant, and much more sophisticated than those competitors models! I have already suggested West Herr Jaguar to others- who, have actually purchased and/or had service done at West Herr Jaguar. My family member, and my friend who have used West Herr Jaguar were also impressed and very happy with the sales/service they received. I most likely will continue to purchase vehicles from West Herr. I'm hoping that the next vehicle that my husband, Robert purchases will be a West Herr vehicle, too. Thank you...
