I told the dealer's auto loan guy that we could get 2.24% from our local bank. The day after he left a message that told us that he would/could find a rate matching or beating our rate. We were really happy to hear about it. We thought that we would get better rate and first payment by volvo since there is volvo wonder of summer promotion. Several days later, we went there to get the car. We were told that we were declined by volvo financial service. The best rate we get is 3.xx% and there is no first payment by volvo. Additionally its the last day they could hold the price. It left us no time to contact our local bank. Ended up a higher rate and no first payment by volvo. its really frustrated. More

Disappointed in this dealership I just want to say how disappointed I am with this dealership, my wife has been shopping for a new car, toyota and volvo, I am in the service and a me I just want to say how disappointed I am with this dealership, my wife has been shopping for a new car, toyota and volvo, I am in the service and a member to USAA. We used the USAA car buying service and they had the best price for the two vehicles we were looking for. My wife drove from VT to this dealership and was not treated with what I would expect. They offered $4K less on the trade in vehicle because they said we were getting the USAA discounted price. When my wife called me at work, they said "if that is your husband then we will offer you another $1K on trade in, yet that is the final offer" I am sorry it is true what they say that auto dealerships treat women different than men. This recent event has been reported to USAA and I will be contacting others. When we called on the phone to set up deal and told them what local dealerships had offered for trade in they stated "we are sure that we can beat that" Anyway disappointed. :( More
