Worst evperience of my life My car has been in the collision center for well over 2 months about 2 1/2. I have 2 Volvo's c70 & an xc90. The c70 is the one that i have not gotten My car has been in the collision center for well over 2 months about 2 1/2. I have 2 Volvo's c70 & an xc90. The c70 is the one that i have not gotten back and it is 8/13/16 and they got car on June 3rd, 2016 the insurance pay out was on 8/6/16 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst display of gross negligence & of customer service ever! I even called Volvo of US and the could not believe this. Now i am in a massive battle with Jaffarian. I have been lied to for weeks with tomorrow we will bring the car or with 1 to 2 days for over a month, but still no car. This is a VERY BAD dealership but the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I would not recommend them ever i already sent a friend to another dealership to buy her brand new xc70. My rating on this dealership would be a zero across the board. I have talked to everyone from owner, GM, and down. Horrible treatment of a very loyal customer whom will never buy nor recommend again!!!!!!!! i did pass this along to all my friends and Tennis colleges of which only bought Volvo's until now and this also has to do with the fact that have been in a very long battle with cancer (stage 4) breast, bone, & liver and they treated me like garbage & still no car!!!!!!!! Volvo of the US are trying to help me now i will not deal with rude service nor anymore lies. My focus will be on saving my life! Marie More

This is also a very spacious, comfortable dealership including the service area. We were shopping for and purchased a Volvo XC60 for my wife, but I have had a smaller Volvo for several years and my service experience at Jaffarian helped us choose this dealer. More

Unable to deliver new vehicle after 5 days I purchased a new Volvo XC60 at Jaffarian Volvo on a Sunday. I was going on a business trip until Friday (5 days later) and they told me it would be r I purchased a new Volvo XC60 at Jaffarian Volvo on a Sunday. I was going on a business trip until Friday (5 days later) and they told me it would be ready. No financing involved, and I gave them the title to my Volvo trade in. Didn't haggle on price. On Friday they called me to pick up the car and when I arrive they told me it wasn't ready. "We can have it ready by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest". I would not recommend this dealership. More

Overall good Almost always had a great experience bringing my car in for work at Jaffarian. The service people are friendly and pleasant. They let you know what they find and the reasons behind each cost or recommendation. This time I brought my car in for a air-conditioning problem that occured after the car had been running for at least a half hour during hot days while sitting in traffic. Something they weren't able to replicate in their garage. I paid for an AC recharge as they couldn't find a problem. Now There is considerably more time that I am subject to comfortable temperatures before the problem begins to re-occur. So the only downside to my experience with them is that it seems as if once in a while they don't attempt to replicate the situation as fully as they could. More
