I told myself I was going to be unbiased and test drive everything. I walked away feeling like I had one, maybe two strong contenders. Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill was my last stop, and after driving the 2018 XC60, I knew with 100% certainty that was the vehicle I wanted. Upon working on pricing, payments, my trade-in value, etc. Jaffarian didn't have the color combination I wanted... White exterior with some shade of beige inside. Gavin worked the phones for two days reaching out to all of his connections solely to find the color combination I wanted. He kept me in the loop over text, which I genuinely appreciated. I could have easily "settled" on a color I wasn't crazy about--or maybe even left to visit another dealer--but they wanted to make me a long-time customer. Once the car arrived (from Connecticut!) the delivery was seamless. I can't say enough good things about this group. Thank you publicly for your patience and commitment, guys! More

Everyone I dealt with from sales to service to finance was pleasant and well informed. They took the time to answer my questions with great patience and sat next to me in my new vehicle to teach me how to properly use all the new functions. I never felt rushed or pushed into a hard sell. In fact they gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision without any pressure. The facilities are beautiful modern and extremely well kept. As a 16+ year Volvo customer I have never experienced such dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction as I did a Jaffarian Volvo. I only wish that I had discovered them sooner! More

Excellent price,great salesman I think overall it was a good experience,only because Richard and Jason were very helpful and made the experience fine.The general feeling of the deal I think overall it was a good experience,only because Richard and Jason were very helpful and made the experience fine.The general feeling of the dealership was not fantastic.The price of the car was excellent,but there was no negotiating to speak of.They thanked me when I left but didn’t even stand up to do that.Richard was excellent he did everything he could including delivering the car to my house and bringing the key they lost to my house three days later.The overall feeling from the Dealership other than Richard and Jason was they were not interested in me at all only the final check.Richard was the one who cared and treated me as if I were spending my money and he appreciated it the floor manager left me cold,like he expected me to spend my money,if it were just he and I no deal would have taken place!!!!!?The first time I walked in he sat there at his computer and did not even greet me.Other than those I mentioned who were fantastic customer service stunk,one hot shot guy even came in the room with Richard and I to talk about my final check and never even looked at me or spoke to me,talk about low end, More
