Tim made sure that my vehicle was ready before most businesses closed down due to covid-19, and he provided timely updates about the status of my vehicle. It was a stressful time for me as my car had just been totaled, but Tim made the process efficient and easy. I also worked with Tom in the finance department and he offered great advice and warranty options, plus I was very happy with my low interest rate. Jaffarian Goes the Extra Mile I shopped all over New England for a good used Volvo-Certified XC60 and found the very best deal at Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill, MA. The big problem I shopped all over New England for a good used Volvo-Certified XC60 and found the very best deal at Jaffarian Volvo in Haverhill, MA. The big problem was they are located about 110 miles away from my home. But the price was right and the car was better than any of the others I had looked at so I drove over to see it. The car was immaculate with all the options I wanted, two years of Volvo warranty left, several thousand less than anything else I could find and straight answers to all my questions. I bought it, of course. But, then reality set it. I could not get back to the dealer to pick it up for at least another another week due to work schedule. They delivered it to my driveway two days later. You could say they went the extra mile for me but the truth is it was the extra 220 miles roundtrip. That's what I call service! More
