The Jaffarian family has been part of the Merrimack Valley community for generations with our grandparents starting a 'filling' station over 75 years ago in Haverhill. Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

Stay far away! Never in my life have I experienced such a group of rude, inconsiderate, and condescending people. They don’t return phone calls, answer email, and change the price of a vehicle at the last minute. Given every opportunity to respect the sales process and address customer concerns, their attitude was to humiliate and berate the customer. If I could give them zero stars I would. Curtis in sales, Stacie in finance, and Gavin the GM are very unprofessional and unresponsive. From top to bottom a crooked dealership. If you value your time don’t come anywhere near this place. Dealership and employees were nice. When I got there for test drive they had to go fill the car with gas, it had less than 20 miles in the tank. Looked like it had been sitting a while and the battery faile test drive they had to go fill the car with gas, it had less than 20 miles in the tank. Looked like it had been sitting a while and the battery failed inspection so I couldn’t get a sticker The day I picked it up, even though the car had under 13,000 miles.
