Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

I worked with Tim on an out-of-state purchase of a new V90 for myself and he was great! He helped me get the shipping all set up and the team at Jaffarian got everything done extremely quickly They were a V90 for myself and he was great! I had an amazing experience to say the least. I ended up buying a car my wife and I weren't 100% with, when I got home I realized I mistakenly thought I was getting different features. To be clear I made a buying a car my wife and I weren't 100% with, when I got home I realized I mistakenly thought I was getting different features. To be clear I made a poor assumption and this was my fault, I was not mislead by the dealership. I called up and they were gracious, got me back down the same day and in the upgraded vehicle that is perfect for our family at the same price. No grief, complete support showing me through the new vehicle even at a late hour that I ended up buying. Paperwork was all redone in a jiffy and I was off to pickup the next day. This is how you gain a lifelong customer. Thank you Gavin and Hunter! More
