The Jaffarian family has been part of the Merrimack Valley community for generations with our grandparents starting a 'filling' station over 75 years ago in Haverhill. Years later, we are still family-owned with both 3rd and 4th generations actively involved in the day to day operations at Jaffarian Volvo.

Only difficulty was with finance- they were not happy that we were purchasing car that month but not of the features of the XC60-and there are many. I contacted Jaffarian Volvo after having a bad customer service experience at another local Volvo dealer. I explained to the guys at Jaffarian what happened, and they immediately offered me an appointment service experience at another local Volvo dealer. I explained to the guys at Jaffarian what happened, and they immediately offered me an appointment that same day. Not only did they accommodate my schedule, but they took great care of my car and finished the service much sooner than expected. The service department at Jaffarian is second to none. Jaffarian Volvo Service department is first rate! I purchased my 2017 Volvo S60 at this dealership and have used them for all my service needs for nearly 4 years. This past month they solved a very com purchased my 2017 Volvo S60 at this dealership and have used them for all my service needs for nearly 4 years. This past month they solved a very complicated Check Engine Light issue. They provided me with free loaner cars, called in Volvo experts to help fix the problem. Volvo and Jaffarian honored my warranty. They replaced all necessary parts, which were expensive and were dedicated to excellence. Thank you especially to Matt Johnson in the Service dept. He is professional, honest and friendly. Thanks to Jim O’Brien,as well. I highly recommend Jaffarian Volvo for Sales and Service. Wonderful, all around! More
